(B) Crane Farms, revised bid with respect to Public Tender AS-003-11 issued for the Avon Hall located at 5862 Putnam Road in Avon.  Report of the Chief Administrative Officer to be circulated prior to the meeting.

Middlesex 4-H Association, October 5, 2011, request for financial support towards the success and future of the Middlesex 4-H Program.

(B)

Further review of By-law No. 28-2011, being a by-law to establish, maintain and operate a fire department under the direction of the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Thames Centre.

(C) Report, long term fleet strategy. (D. Ford) - Report to be presented at the regular meeting scheduled to be held on November 7, 2011.
(D) Report, discrepancy between the revenues versus the expenditures in relation to the rental of ice time in Aylmer by the Municipality on behalf of the Dorchester Minor Hockey Association. (S. Findlater)
(E) Report, retention of a portion of the Avon Ball Park for parkland purposes. Report to include whether or not there is any value of moving the existing playground equipment that is currently located on the Avon Community Hall property to the Avon Ball Park property.  (S. (F) Report, other alternative locations to re-locate the stone/sign that is currently installed at the Putnam Ball Diamond to name the ball field "Sutherland Field" in recognition of the late Mack and Gordon Sutherland. (J) Report, removal of surplus sidewalks, conversion of local roads to a full curb-and-gutter urban standard; and cost estimates associated with installing sanitary sewers, restoration of the roads to original condition and traffic counts in relation to street by street assessment for area located south of King Street and between Railway and Fairview Road.  (E. (K) Report, further information on Arbourdale Meadows, actual costs expensed during the 2010/2011 winter season, and size of equipment to be utilized for snow removal under the municipal sidewalk contract.

(A)

By-law No. 65-2011, being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Site Development Agreement with Brenda Schrans for property located at 615 Moonlight Way. 
(B)

By-law No. 66-2011, being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Non Aboriginal Recipient Funding Agreement for 2011/2012 with Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada as represented by the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development with respect to Emergency Management Assistance. (Postponed from last regular meeting held on October 12, 2011).

By-law No. 68-2011, to authorize the execution of a Site Development Agreement with Michael & Reta Glen for property located at 4024 Dundas Street. 
(D)

By-law No. 69-2011, being a by-law to temporarily close Rebecca Road on either of the following dates: from 12:00 noon on October 28, 2011 to 12:00 noon on October 31, 2011; or " from 12:00 noon on November 4, 2011 to 12:00 noon on November 7, 2011, for the purpose of constructing the Thorndale Wastewater Treatment Plant outfall.

By-law No. 70-2011, being a by-law with respect to a Zoning Amendment, initiated by the Municipality of Thames Centre in relation to general parking regulations (Zoning Application Z6-2011).

By-law No. 71-2011, being a by-law to authorize the execution of an Agreement for the rental of municipal lands located at 3245 Hamilton Road, in Dorchester (London Dairy Farms).
