Application Form

Application Deadlines – 2013
The deadline for receipt of Community Partnership Fund (CPF) applications for 2013 is Thursday, January 31st at 5:00PM. All applications received after this time will only be reviewed at the discretion of Council. Organizations that have been in receipt of monies from the CPF in previous are not guaranteed monies in future years. It is the responsibility of organizations that want to apply to the CPF to be aware of the policies and deadlines in each particular year – reminders will not be sent.

If there are any specific questions on the CPF, please contact the municipal office.

PAYMENTS

  • Telephone or Internet Banking or ATM - To arrange for this payment option please contact your bank. NOTE: It is important to use the roll number when making a payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

  • In Person at most Financial Institutions during regular business hours.

  • Mail (If you require a receipt, please forward your entire tax bill and a self-addressed stamped envelope and it will be receipted and mailed back to you)

  • Municipal Office - Payments may be made by cash, cheque or debit card during regular business hours (Mon. to Fri. 8:30 am - 4:30 pm). A mail slot is available to the left of the front door of the Municipal Office for payments made outside of business hours.

  • Pre-Authorized Payment Plan- This is available for 10 monthly withdrawals or for the 4 installment dates. You can join at anytime. Forms are available at the Municipal Office or can be printed from link below.

Please make all cheques payable to the Municipality of Thames Centre
and include the appropriate tax stub(s) with your cheque. A fee of $30.00 will be applied to your account for any cheque returned by your bank.

Late Payments
Are subject to a penalty of 1.25% on the first day of default and 1.25% on the first day of each month thereafter until paid.

NOTE: If taxes are to be paid by a mortgage company, the bill should be forwarded immediately to the appropriate mortgage company.
