For some people with disabilities, it is impossible to go places without someone’s help. A PAL (Personal Attendant for Leisure) Card allows people with disabilities to be accompanied by an attendant – FREE of charge!

45 bag tags were mailed to all Property Owners in March 2009.  The applicable surcharge for these tags will be included with the Final Tax Bill which will be mailed out the first week of August, 2009.

Additional Bag Tags can be purchased at a cost of $2.50/tag. Tags are available at:

In 2008 the Municipality of Thames Centre finalized the Master Plan Study which identified the need for a new wastewater treatment plant in Thorndale to service approved growth in the area. The Municipality has therefore completed a Schedule C Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Study to complete Phases 3 and 4 as defined in the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (October 2000, amended in 2007).
