The auditorium is located in the Community Centre in the Flight Exec Centre at 2066 Dorchester Road. It is typically used for weddings, dances, recreational activities, public meetings, banquets, and many other functions.

It offers a permanent bar with a large refreshment cooler and freezer. It includes a professional quality kitchen which is equipped to serve 270 people. The main floor area is 4500 sq. ft. and includes a portable 8 ft. by 24 ft. stage and amplified microphone speaker system. The facility is air conditioned, handicap accessible and offers ample paved parking.

Bookings and Inquiries The recreation office is located at 2066 Dorchester Rd. in the arena. Scheduling, facility bookings, and other recreation related inquiries can  be handled at this location. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

SOCAN - Music fees are collected as stipulated in Tariff 8 of the Canada Gazette for the use of copyrighted Music for any function held in the auditorium weather with dancing or not.

Auditorium Bar Info
The supply of mix, ice and cups are the responsibility of the renter. A bar cooler and freezer are available in a separate bar area. SOP's are the responsibility of the renter and are required for all functions serving alcohol. Those serving alcohol must be certified in Smart Serve or equivalent. Compliance with the Municipal Alcohol Policy is required.

User Responsibilities
All chairs to be placed in stacks of (10).
Tables must be completely cleared and wiped clean.
All user equipment, alcohol, materials are to be removed the night of the function.
All counters, sinks, dishes, cutlery etc. must be washed and returned to proper storage areas.
