Call the Municipal Office to see if you are on the Voter's List 519-268-7334.

 

VOTER'S LIST
 
A person may make an application to the Clerk requesting that their name be added to
or removed from the Voters’ List or that information on the Voters’List relating to them
be amended by completing and filing Form EL15.  The form is also available at the Municipal Office.  Additions/Deletions/Changes will not be permitted to be made over the phone.  See Notice of Voter's List.

VOTER INSTRUCTION LETTERS

Your Voter Instruction Letter is coming ....

Voter Instruction Letters will include a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN). Voters using the vote-by-phone method will dial into a toll free number, enter their PIN, then proceed to follow a touch tone menu to enter their votes. Voters using the internet method will log on to the election website, enter their PIN, then proceed to mark their ballots electronically. The PIN contained in the Voter Instruction Letter will be required to vote.

 

VOTER HELP CENTRE

No access to a computer or require assistance to vote, a Voter Help Centre will be located at the Municipal Office during the voting period.
