The Municipality has an open door policy concerning information requests by individuals and organizations.  The Municipality believes that the best approach to reasonable requests by persons for information is to provide such information wherever possible in order to avoid receiving requests for access to information under the legislation.

If the request is submitted under the Act, a fee of $5.00 is required to start the process. The Act does allow for a requester to withdraw their request.
