You may also visit the Municipal Office at 4305 Hamilton Road in Dorchester during weekdays, or the front desk of the Thorndale Lions Community Centre at 265 Upper Queen Street from Tuesday to Thursday. Secure drop boxes are available at both locations.

A Public Comment Period is open from November 6, 2025 to December 5, 2025. For more details refer to the Notice of Completion, which can be found on the project page.
