You may also visit the Municipal Office at 4305 Hamilton Road in Dorchester during weekdays, or the front desk of the Thorndale Lions Community Centre at 265 Upper Queen Street from Tuesday to Thursday. Secure drop boxes are available at both locations.

A public consultation meeting is being held on Tuesday, September 23 regarding the location of a future playground at The Boardwalk at Mill Pond subdivision.
