Payments for Water Bills

Water bills are mailed on a bi-monthly basis.

You are required to pay your water/wastewater bill by the due date. Failure to receive your water bill does not excuse one from the responsibility of payment nor relieve one from the liability of penalty of late payments.

Thames Centre offers several payment options to residents:

In Person

You may make a payment by visiting the main office (4305 Hamilton Road).

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Cash, Interac or cheque payments

Financial Institution

Payment can be made at your branch, through online banking, or by telephone banking.

Use the customer number (not the invoice number) on your water invoice for the account number.

As processing times can vary, please make your payment at least five (5) days prior to the due date. Payments must be received in our office by the due date to avoid interest charges.

Thames Centre accepts online credit card payments.

Please have your customer number, balance, and credit card ready.
