2. Can wheelchairs and strollers go on the track?
Yes, but they may not take up both lanes of the track and impede on other's use.
3. What lane can I walk in and what lane can I jog in?
Inside lane: Walking
Outside lane: Jogging/Running
4. How do I find out when the track is closed?
Any notices will be posted on our bulletin boards, on our facility doors as well as online or on our Facebook page.
5. Are there change rooms with showers available to use?
There are washrooms and change rooms but showers are not provided. (Thames Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables).
Yes, the elevator is located past the arena office on the east side of the building.
7. Who do I talk to if I have a problem?
For immediate assistance go to the arena office. For programming questions or ongoing problems, call the number listed below.
The FlightExec Centre is the heart of our Municipality's recreation, culture and parks system. It contains a wide variety of amenities to meet everyone's needs. The office hours of the facility are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
