The next municipal election will be held on October 26, 2026

Every four years, in accordance with the Municipal Elections Act, 1996, the Municipal Clerk, as Returning Officer, conducts elections for the offices of:

• Mayor
• Deputy Mayor
• Ward 1 Councillor
• Ward 2 Councillor
• Ward 3 Councillor
• Thames Valley District School Board – English Public
• London District Catholic School Board – English Separate
• Conseil Scolaire Viamonde – French Public
• Conseil Scolaire de district Catholique – French Separate

Voter Registration

If you would like to add yourself to the voters list, change an address, check your voter registration status, or make any other changes, please visit the Elections Ontario portal at: https://vreg.registertovoteon.ca/en/home.

Important upcoming dates:

• • • Nominations Open for 2026 Municipal and School Board Elections – May 1, 2026
    • Nomination Period Ends – 2:00 pm on Friday August 21, 2026
    • On-line and Telephone Voting – Opens 9:00 am on October 19, and ends at 8:00 pm Monday October 26, 2026
