2025/26 – King Street Storm Sewer Upgrade and Road Urbanization (Pending Council Approval)

Construction Date: Anticipated April 2026 (Pending Council Approval)

Scope: The project scope includes providing an urbanized design to Middlesex County Standards on King Street between Nissouri Road and Wye Creek Bridge. The design includes adjusting the elevation of King Street to encourage water flow towards the roadway (where possible), installation of curb and gutter, turn lane, 1.5m sidewalks with tactile plates at intersection, pedestrian crosswalk at Brooker Trail / Aspen Circle, and an upgraded Storm Sewer with Private Drain Connections to each property.
