Asset Management

The Municipality's Asset Management Plan analyze municipal assets, such as roads, facilities and infrastructure to determine the overall state of the assets and to plan asset maintenance now and in the future.

Community Safety and Well-Being Plan

The Municipality approved Middlesex County Safety and Well-Being Plan for 2021-2026.  This plan looks to address priority areas of  health, housing and homelessness, quality of life, and public safety.

Fire

Thames Centre established a Master Fire Plan 2023-2034 with the purpose of providing a comprehensive evaluation of the community fire risks, outline a strategic plan, and to enhance the fire departments effectiveness, safety and operational readiness.

Water and Wastewater

Waster and Wastewater Master Plan Update which provides the review and development of water and wastewater servicing strategies for servicing within the Municipality.

Strategic Plan

Driven by a commitment to our community, the 2024-2027 Strategic Plan serves as a guiding light for municipal decisions throughout the Council's term. The Strategic Plan process began in June, 2023 involving extensive documentation review, online surveys, interviews, open houses, a Council Workshop session, and three Council Meetings. This Plan comprises 5 strategic pillars and 36 recommendations.
