Notice to Extend Nomination Period - Conseil Scolaire Catholique Povidence Trustee

The Nomination Period for the office of Conseil scolaire catholique Providence (French Separate) Trustee (1 position), representing the Counties of Oxford, Elgin, and Middlesex, has been extended pursuant to Section 33(5) of the Municipal Elections Act, 1996.

As of the close of nominations (August 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.), the number of certified candidates was less than the number of offices to be filled. Accordingly, an additional nomination period will be provided, and nominations will be accepted between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at the Clerk's Office, Woodstock City Hall.
