2026/27 – Gladstone Drive & Cromarty Drive - Surface Treatment
Construction Date: Anticipated July 2026 – September 2026
Scope: This project involves the application of a single surface treatment on Gladstone Drive (from Westchester Bourne to Putnam Road) & Cromarty Drive (from Westchester Bourne to Elgin Road). Each year, the Municipality contracts qualified individuals to supply and apply emulsion and the haulage and application of aggregate for hard surface treatment (chip seal) work on our roadways.
