TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of Thames Centre proposes to permanently sell to Wendy Stockford, the following lands to enlarge her property located at 1471 Westchester Bourne: Located on the north side of Catherine Street (County Road 49) and opposite Westchester Bourne (County Road 74), having an area of approximately 0.23 hectares (0.57 ac), situated in the Hamlet of Waubuno as shown on the map and legally described as Part of Niles Road on Registered Plan No. 804 (geographic Township of North Dorchester), Municipality of Thames Centre, County of Middlesex, being PIN 08172-0172(LT).
AND TAKE NOTICE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Thames Centre, at its meeting held on June 12, 2023, declared these lands surplus to the needs of the Municipality.
PURSUANT TO the Municipality’s Notice By-law No. 64-2022, upon the Municipality of Thames Centre having declared property surplus to the needs of the Corporation, notice to the public of the proposed sale shall be given, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the proposed action being taken.
